01 / Centre purpose

Healing ministry with a clear purpose.

The Medical Centre's vision, mission and values define the purpose that the Endowment Fund exists to sustain.

Vision

To be the first-ever successful community medical hub in Osun State and Nigeria.

Mission

To collaborate and consistently provide medical services at subsidized rates for the people of Igbajo, associated villages, and neighbouring towns and cities for improved healthcare.

Our shared commitment

Cooperating to give sustainable health care.

02 / The mandate

A financial foundation built to outlast any single campaign.

The fund brings donor generosity, professional investment management and documented board oversight into one enduring structure.

Contributions are recorded, acknowledged and stewarded as long-term capital. The corpus is protected and invested under an approved policy; only authorised distributions support the Medical Centre.

This turns isolated gifts into a dependable institutional resource—one that can strengthen care while maintaining clear accountability to donors, trustees and the communities IBMC serves.

03 / The capital model

Every contribution moves through a controlled chain of stewardship.

  1. 01

    Receive

Accept cash, assets, securities and contributed expertise through documented channels.

  2. 02

    Verify

Confirm donor intent, contribution value, restrictions and supporting records.

  3. 03

    Invest

Manage the corpus in line with the approved Investment Policy Statement.

  4. 04

    Distribute

Release only board-approved support, with the decision and use recorded.

  5. 05

    Report

Reconcile gifts, investments, distributions and outcomes in a consistent reporting cycle.

The governing principle

Protect the corpus. Deploy returns with discipline.

The endowment is not a general operating account. It is a ring-fenced pool of capital with its own policy, approvals, records and performance reporting.
